ProCalculator ("the app") is a professional calculator toolbox for construction, DIY, electrical, and finance calculations. This policy explains what data is and isn't collected when you use it.
The following is stored locally on your device only, using standard Android app storage, and is never transmitted to us:
Uninstalling the app deletes all of this data. There is no cloud sync or backup to a server we control.
Free-tier users are shown a small banner ad, served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers, approximate location (derived from IP, not GPS), and ad interaction data, subject to Google's own privacy policy and, where applicable, your consent choices (e.g. Android's ad ID permission, or a consent prompt in regions that require one). ProCalculator does not access this data itself — it is collected and processed directly by Google.
Purchasing Pro removes ads entirely, which also stops this data collection going forward.
Pro subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. Payment details are handled by Google, not by us — we never see your payment information. Play Billing shares purchase status (active/expired/refunded) with the app so it can unlock Pro features; this is the same purchase-verification data any app using in-app purchases receives.
ProCalculator requests internet access (required by the ad and billing SDKs above) and no other sensitive permissions — no location, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage access beyond its own app-private data.
ProCalculator is a general-audience professional/DIY tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service used by this app, please contact that service directly (see their policies linked above) as well as us at the address below.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top will change accordingly. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
